The Beginner’s Series is offered to anyone interested in developing an understanding of Mindfulness and Meditation, or to those who already practice meditation, but are seeking to deepen their practice and understanding.

Series of 5 Beginner Zoom Classes $250 90 minutes per class

Each week you will receive instructional cards with a summary of lessons, tips and inspiring quotes to enhance understanding.

What’s Next After Beginners?

There are ‘Beyond Beginners’ series, as well as ‘Above & Beyond' series, developed for students who have taken the Beginners series and wish to continue to study and deepen their practice.

Private Beginner Classes Also Available:

Private Sessions $120 60 minutes per session

Semi Private Sessions $140 60 minutes per session

*Please note that all workshop series include personal guidance to support each student in developing an independent practice in Mindfulness & Meditation. Supportive written materials will also be provided.

Beyond Beginners Workshop Series

The Beyond Beginners Workshop Series is a continuation of our Beginners Series

Topics include

-Integrating  more mindful awareness into our every day life

- Developing greater compassion for ourselves and others

- Delving into some difficult emotions

-Exploring what motivates our constant need to be "doing" rather than "being" 

-How Mindfulness & Meditation can help open our hearts to a different kind of happiness

New Mini Series For Students With Mindfulness & Meditation Background

Recently in reflection of my 50 years as a meditator and my last 10 years as a
mindfulness instructor, reiki master,and sound healer,I had an epiphany. All of these
practices entwined. Each one…a dance, its own rhythm, encouraging and cultivating a gentle heart-space that is open & caring, one with good-will for self and for others.
This concept is encapsulated perfectly through a Pali word, (the language at the time of the Buddha) known as "metta".
 
I’ve been able to witness through my own life, and through the lives of many of my students, that metta, practiced alongside correct mindfulness and meditation
leads to transformation, a changing heart, one that is more compassionate, more open, more accepting, and more forgiving.
 
In my upcoming series I’ll be integrating all of the rhythms and flows of metta, guided meditations, quotes, mindfulness teachings, and sound healing, to help you in your personal metta-morphosis.

Wether you are a seasoned practitione or you've taken a bit of a break from our classes,
you'll be welcomed wholeheartedly, and reminded of all the reasons why spending time
practicing mindfulness, meditation, and metta with a wonderful group of people
enhances your life and those around you.
